    OUR POLICY 

    During our Final Sale event, running until December 1st, enjoy discounts of up to 60% off on select items. Please note the special terms for purchases made during this period:

    Final Sale Terms:

    • No Refunds: All items purchased during the Final Sale are non-refundable.
    • Exchanges Only: We understand that sometimes you might need a different size or style. We offer exchanges for the same item or another of equal value.
    • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending items back for an exchange.

    How to Request an Exchange:

    1. Initiate the Exchange: Contact our support team or visit our Returns page to begin the process.
    2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    3. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method, and remember that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

    Additional Details:

    • Items Purchased During the Final Sale Are Not Eligible for Refunds, including those discounted more than 20%.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request promptly.
    • Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.

    For Purchases made October 16th or earlier:


    It is important to us that your bikini fits you properly and you LOVE it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after trying it on, you may return your item, within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or we will happily exchange for a product of the same value. 

    Not withstanding our 60 Day Comfort Guarantee:

    • Product must be received by us within 60 days of purchase for exchange, store credit or refund.
    • Items should be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
    • Bottoms should have hygiene strips in place.
    • All returns should include the original packaging, without postal labels (PLEASE help our planet by keeping the light plastic bag the product comes in!)
    • For purchases made after January 23, 2024, return shipping is not covered by Lilly & Lime.  It is suggested that you check your size to minimise the risk of returning your swimwear.
    • SALE items cannot be refunded - only exchanged or a store credit can be given for the sale value.
    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    REFUNDS
    • ORDERS or SALE items discounted more than 20% cannot be refunded - only exchanged or a store credit can be given for the sale value.
      • Includes any discounted product in an order such as a bundle sale or sale where discounts are applied to a single product.  e.g. Product 1 at $100 + Product 2 at $0 = 50% discount on the order.
    • Refunded Orders are subject to a processing fee of $5.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving goods.
    • Return Postage:
      • Paid for Australian Customers. 
    • Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.
    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
      STORE CREDIT
      • Store credits will be provided in the form of a Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be used online.
      • Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person or account.
      • Gift Cards are only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
      • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Voucher will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
      • Gift cards do not expire.

      LOST IN TRANSIT

      A tracking number will be provided for every shipment from Lilly & Lime.  Should items be lost prior to delivery, or as part of the returns process, the following applies.

      1. Responsibility for Items in Transit: While we strive to provide reliable delivery, we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to or from our customers. This includes items not received due to failure to collect or accept delivery.

      2. Refund or Exchange Process: In cases where a product is being returned and is lost in the mail, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange until the item is safely received at our facility.

      3. Inspection Period: Upon receipt of a returned item, we will take up to 7-10 business days to inspect the product to verify its condition. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after this inspection is complete.

      PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP

      Returned packages not being picked up from your postal service can be re-fulfilled for a fee of $10 to cover standard shipping costs or $20 to cover Express Shipping.
