Do you have Afterpay? How does it work?

Can I refund something I buy if I pay through Afterpay?

The bikini I want is out of stock - will you be getting more in?

Some of our products are seasonal so we may not be getting more stock of the garment you want in a particular colour/print.  We do have more stock arriving and you can sign up for a 'back in stock' alert on the actual product page.

What currency are Lilly & Lime's prices?

The prices are in Australian dollar. So to convert them to your local currency use one of the exchange websites to get an idea of the real price to you.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Lilly & Lime without creating an account.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the sign in page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

Which size should I choose?

Have a read through our Fitting Guide for helpful information and an international size chart. Also many of our styles now have customer reviews. Have a read through those and see if they help give you a better idea of our fits. If you have no idea we always suggest getting a proper fitting if you can. If you can't please send us your measurements and we will do our best to help you find the correct size.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we are happy to exchange for a different size, style or colour. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out your exchange.

I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?

Yes, some products will come back in stock. Please check back on the site or contact us at enquiries@lillyandlime.com to find out about product availability.

What payment methods does Lilly & Lime accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, payments via Paypal and Afterpay. Please sign up to a Paypal account here should you wish to use this payment method or visit www.paypal.com to sign up. Payment is charged to your Paypal account immediately and you will receive an email confirming your purchase.  You will also receive an email confirming payment from Paypal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Lilly & Lime?

If you choose to pay by credit card to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more information please see our Privacy policy.

Which countries does Lilly & Lime ship to?

Worldwide. Here is a link to our Delivery and Returns policy where you can see all the shipping costs and timings for your location. If you cannot find your location on our list, we will still ship to you, please just contact us at enquiries@lillyandlime.com and we will provide the relevant shipping information.

My order hasn't arrived yet and I opted for free shipping - where is it sent from?

Our warehouse is now located in Hong Kong and we ship directly from there.

My order hasn't arrived - free standard shipping. Where can I locate my tracking information?

You should have received an email with your tracking information. Free standard shipping is sent with Hong Kong Post and local post when it hits country of destination. For example Australia Post for Australian orders. Drop us an email and we will try to help you track it down!

Can I return my sale item for a refund?

Short answer - no. Sale items are non refundable. We can exchange for another sale item or give you a store credit for the sale value.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

Worldwide shipping is FREE if you spend over $100 (one bikini). Here is a link to our Delivery and Returns policy where you can see all the shipping costs, including express shipping and timings for your location.

Can't find the size I need?

As we are a small start up business we have not been able to stock all the sizes we would like to. Based on customer feedback we will endeavour to make your size available in one or more of our styles. Please send us your feedback and comments to enquiries@lillyandlime.com.

What sports bras do you recommend?

Panache. Or if you want one without an underwire - Shock Absorber.

What style do you recommend for pregnancy/maternity?

We recommend our underwire halter during pregnancy as it has more capacity and allows room for growth.

What style is best for breastfeeding/maternity?

Ash wore the balconette as it has removable straps which makes it easier. The bandeau has the same removable straps so is also a good option.

When is the right time to upsize during pregnancy?

Everyone is different so you'll have to go with what your body tells you. It is recommended to get fitted in your third trimester but your bust will increase significantly when your milk comes in (for most) so always allow for extra room in your cup!
